Since 1992, Architects of Air has been crafting monumental inflatable structures known as luminaria, designed by visionary Alan Parkinson. These structures are more than mere installations: they are immersive experiences that play with light and color to heighten human emotion.
As daylight filters through the translucent fabric, visitors are enveloped in a surreal glow, creating an environment that amplifies feelings of awe, tranquility, and wonder. The interplay of light and shadow invites introspection, turning each step into a meditative journey.
Inspired by natural forms, Islamic art, and Gothic architecture, luminaria transform public spaces into realms of imagination and contemplation.
