To place an order with Ayzoh APS, simply browse our wide selection of products. Once you’ve selected the desired products, you can add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our intuitive online interface will guide you through the process, allowing you to upload your photos, customize your products, and securely complete your purchase. After having placed the order, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Your invoice will automatically be generated once your order is shipped. It will be sent to you via E-Mail at the same time as your shipping confirmation e-mail. The option to download your invoice is also available in the email.

Despite extensive and secure packaging, unforeseen circumstances can lead to orders being damaged during transit. We recommend accepting the shipment during delivery even if there is identifiable damage to the packaging.
Please take photos of the damage and then contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience with the pictures of the damage. Accepting the shipment and taking photos will help us expedite the process of resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement. If you refuse the shipment, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can start to arrange the replacement.

Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction, and we are committed to addressing any shipping-related concerns efficiently. Due to delivery logistics, we are unable to deliver orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Our priority at WhiteWall is to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner, and shipping to these addresses may pose challenges or delays that could compromise the delivery process.
A residential or business address for delivery can be chosen as an alternative, ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping process. The option to select your preferred shipping address is available during checkout.
