AYZOH APS is a non-profit organization registered in the Regional Registry of Social Promotion Associations maintained by the Emilia-Romagna Region, in accordance with Law 383/2000 and the relevant regional legislation.,For individuals, donations are 30% tax-deductible up to €30,000 (Art. 83, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 117/2017), or alternatively 100% tax-deductible up to 10% of declared total income (Art. 83, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 117/2017). For organizations and companies, donations are tax-deductible up to 10% of declared total income (Art. 83, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 117/2017).
L’ente AYZOH APS è ente non commerciale ed è iscritto nel Registro Regionale delle Associazioni di Promozione Sociale tenuto dalla Regione Emilia-Romagna ai sensi della L. 383/2000 e della legge regionale di riferimento. Per le persone fisiche, l’erogazione liberale è detraibile al 30% fino a € 30.000 (art. 83 comma 1 del D.Lgs. 117/2017) o in alternativa è deducibile nel limite del 10% reddito complessivo dichiarato (art. 83 comma 2 del D.Lgs. 117/2017).
